My name is Katie Galvin. I am from Kerry and I am 24 years old (25 in July).
There is an innate drive in me and a competitive streak too where I just feel the need to be my own boss and go out on my own.
My greatest passions are music and animal care.
My BA is in Performing Arts from UL. Irish Music and Dance.
I have a City and Guilds in Radio Broadcasting and Digital Journalism from Kerry College Monavalley and Radio Kerry.
This led me to be a Web Designer for 9 months during the pandemic!
Now, I am earning my QQI level 5 in Animal Care from Kerry College Listowel. While also Dog Grooming in Listowel and Castleisland as well.
I am trying to learn how to drive but I think I will be mastering automatic as manual is proving too much of a challenge and I don't quit.
