Supervisory Skills and Store Management

The Talentpool Supervisory Skills and Store Management programme provides the participants with the skills to work in a management capacity in the retail environment. to a high standard in a customer service roll.  The essential skills for working competently in a franchisee and retail environment are integrated to create a unique certified qualification that is attractive and desirable to prospective employers.  Talentpool facilitators have lengthy track records of facilitating the successful acquisition of skills by clients in order to enter gainful and satisfying employment.  We also assist with the development of skills required by a new role

On the completion of the programme participants have the opportunity to gain QQI Certification in Managing People at QQI Level 6 and a Talentpool Certificate in Retail Management.  Duration of this programme is seven days.

  • Supervisory People & Store Management
  • Stock Control and Management
  • Cash Management
  • Store Opening and Closing Procedures
  • Store Security
  • Business legal Obligations and Consumer Rights
  • Store Specific Product Sales Restrictions to Customers
  • Staff Management Responsibilities and Obligations

 

Front Line Customer Service and Sales

The Talentpool Front Line Customer Service and Sales programme provides the participants with the skills to communicate to a high standard in a customer service roll.  The essential skills for working competently in a franchisee and retail environment are integrated to create a unique certified qualification that is attractive and desirable to prospective employers.  Talentpool facilitators have lengthy track records of facilitating the successful acquisition of skills by clients in order to enter gainful and satisfying employment.

On the completion of the programme participants have the opportunity to gain QQI Certification in Communications and a Talentpool Certificate in Front Line Customer Service and Sales.

The content covered includes:

  • Shop Floor Customer Service
  • Franchisee System EPOS training
  • Franchisee specific Store Merchandising
  • Stock Loss prevention to include Electronic Stock taking
  • Cash Handling and EoD Reconciliation
