My name is Sharon, and I am the owner of Apricity Wellbeing Initiative in Co. Kerry. I officially opened my business in November 2021. I provide Reiki, Women’s Circles, & Custom designed Group Work Programmes.
Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing technique that helps people overcome many issues such as difficulty sleeping, overwhelm, & physical pain. I help my clients come back to a state of calm, and relaxation which supports them to feel healthier & happier.
My Women’s Circles are facilitated in people’s homes. The host invites her friends and I do the rest. The activities include – meditation & reflection, journaling, questions & discussion, & a mini healing for each participant.
